This rosé cuvée is based on a traditional Castelnau blend: Chardonnay (30%) , Pinot Meunier (50%) , Pinot Noir (20%) , accompanied by reserve wines and a controlled dosage of 7 g/L. Aged for at least two years on slats, it offers an expressive finesse where bursts of red fruits, tangy freshness and subtly lemony notes blend delicately.

On the nose, let yourself be seduced by peach, orange compote, red fruit jam and a hint of honey, sometimes nuanced with a woody touch — a delicate and enveloping aromatic signature.
