With its brilliant color and golden highlights, Cuvée Nadine Blanc unfolds a delicate nose that blends white flowers, white-fleshed fruits, and a hint of minerality. The palate, both round and airy, concludes with a refreshing finish of elegant chiseled notes. The selection of the Hachette Wine Guide 2023 awarded it a silver medal.

Ideas for use:

• Serve it chilled (10–12°C) alongside sea bream ceviche with lemongrass or red mullet Provençal style.
